Will I Receive A Tracking Number?
If you provide an email address in the shopping cart, you will receive an email when your order has shipped. UPS and FedEx orders will include a tracking number. Tracking services provide detailed information. You can track your package going directly to the USPS.com , UPS.com, FedEx.com website to track your package. United Parcel Service (UPS) & FedEx use Tracking numbers. Tracking numbers provide detailed information including acceptance information and updated scans as the item is enroute. United States Postal Service (USPS) uses Delivery Confirmation numbers. Delivery Confirmation numbers only show assurance of delivery or of attempted delivery. They DO NOT provide information while the package is enroute. Please note, the Delivery Confirmation indicates the package has been labeled, it does not indicate the package has been picked up, however, we have daily USPS mail pickup from our warehouse. You can read more about the differences in tracking vs. delivery confirmation on the USPS.com website.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
We will email a shipping notice with tracking information once your order has shipped. Upon notice, please allow up to 3 - 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note, we have no control over transit time to your location once your order has shipped.
Shipment Delays?
Purchasing our inventory through many large distributors enables us to offer very competitive prices. While we do warehouse many items, we do not warehouse every item listed on our site. Orders can sometimes take 2 weeks from the time you place your order until the time you receive your package and sometimes longer for specialty items. If you need an order by a specific date, please note this when you place your order in the "Comments" section at check out, or give us a call. If we can not get your order to you by the specified date, we will let you know prior to processing your order.
Can I Change A Shipping Address After Ordering?
Yes, call or email us and we will be happy to change the address, provided the order has not already shipped. If your order has been picked up by a carrier then it is not possible to change the shipping address.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are unable to ship internationally. We are also unable to ship to FPO addresses that are outside the US.
My Product Was Damaged In Shipping. What Should I Do?
There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us at (802) 238-3280, or send us an email sales@rnsupply.com and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.
I Received The Wrong Item. What Should I Do?
If you have received the incorrect product, please call (802) 238-3280 or send us an email sales@rnsupply.com within seven (7) business days, and we will either replace the product,or refund your full purchase price including shipping.
I only Received Part of My Order. Where are the other items?
While we do warehouse many items, we do not warehouse every item listed on our site. Some items will ship factory direct and will arrive separately. If you do not receive all of your items within two full weeks, Please call us 1-802-238-3280 or email sales@rnsupply.com
Payments:
We accept payments through the following payment gateways: Authorize,net (does not take American Express), PayPal, and Google Checkout.
PayPal allows users to pay with a check, but orders are not processed until check clears…I’m not sure if we need to include this info on the site…whatever you think.
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to FBO (military) address outside the US.
Returns:
UltraScope Stethoscopes:
Return non-engraved UltraScopes within 45 days of purchase date for a
full refund (less shipping). After 45 days, refunds will not be given.
Engraved or Custom Designed UltraScopes are NOT refundable.
UltraScopes come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship. Please refer to the literature that came with the
UltraScope for details and instructions.
UltraScope must be Returned in Original Packaging (with extra ear pieces
included) and with Original Receipt.
Uniforms/ Clothing:
Return your NEW items within 30 days for full refund (less shipping).
After 30 days, refunds will not be given.
Rayma Balance Bracelets:
All products are warranteed against defects in material and/or
workmanship as covered by the manufacturer, but do not carry a
satisfaction guarantee. Bracelets can be exchanged for size within 48
hours of purchase only.
Gifts/ Watches:
Personalized or Engraved items are NOT Refundable.
